CALL FOR ARTISTS (Spring 2027)
Art in the Open is inviting local, regional, and national artists to submit their artistic proposals for the annual summer festival. The festival will take place over multiple days in August 2027. We are looking for unique submissions that will transform Victoria Park in downtown Charlottetown.
