The Dream-O-Scope

  • The Dream-O-Scope is a kaleidoscope concealed within a stationary tourist scenic viewer. Typically found at landmarks, these permanent metal devices house coin operated binoculars or telescopes. The Dream-O-Scope offers viewers a small gesture of playfulness as they find unexpected reflections of the familiar landscapes around them, and the ones they find within themselves.

Standards of Care

  • Artists Maddie Alexander + Adrien Crossman’s project Standards of Care is a collaborative print-media based installation that interrogates contemporary and historical access to trans healthcare; and imagines a possible future utopia.

  • SONG OF FAREWELL is a video installation that compels the audience to stand face to face with strangers in an intimate space of confession and vulnerability as they contemplate our ongoing ecological unravelling.

  • An engaging and immersive alternative photography experience, where the audience is invited to create a portrait of their shadow, and watch the magic as it develops before their eyes.

She Cut Her Own Belly Open

  • She Cut Her Own Belly Open is a performance art conceived as a commentary to the romanticization of marginalized people’s resilience and perseverance for overcoming biased societal systemic conditions. This performance also alludes to the collective, though not monolithically, experiences of people of color, immigrants and marginalized people of being constantly tokenized in the society.

Continents in Miniature

  • Fusing poetic documentary with fantasy storytelling, Continents In Miniature is an audio-visual

    immersion into the obscure beauty of PEI’s Krummholz forests, their history, and hidden life.

    By Extension is an installation that navigates the artist’s experience of becoming a fisherman.
